Description:

Against against a sky just barely lit a very deep-blue by the last light of dusk, we see a brilliantly-lit metallic tower on the other side of a large bridge crossing a river. A large, long park is visible on the opposite side of the tower, lit by bluish lighting that contrasts sharply with the glowing golden color of the tower. At the other end of the park a stately-looking building is visible, lit in the same color as the tower.
