This is one of the oldest houses in Paris (and it looks it), in the Marais district. It may have been built as long ago as the 1300s. Very few buildings this old are still standing in Paris. The street in front of it is nearly two thousand years old. It ws built by the Romans when they lived in Paris (which they called Lutetia).
