Sleeping Beauty's Castle Interiorfirst previous next last This is the interior of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. The photograph was taken from the mezzanine, and the front of the castle is behind the camera. You can see the beautiful stained glass, depicting the story of Sleeping Beauty, as seen through Disney's animated eyes. The story is continued around the perimeter of this mezzanine, which then leads out onto a balcony (behind the stained glass) overlooking the rest of Fantasyland. At ground level below, there are shops. The shop on the left also has a “secret” entrance to the cave where the dragon lives. Photographed in April, 2002. |
