Pont Alexandre III at Night

This is a night photograph of the Alexander III bridge in Paris, taken from the Port des Champs-Élysées just northeast of the bridge.

This photograph doesn’t really do the bridge justice, but it is the best I have at the moment.

The Eiffel Tower is visible in the distance on the right; it is only about 1.5 km away, but it looks small because this is a wide-angle shot. You are looking almost exactly west at about 10 PM local time. The southern end of the Champs-Élysées is about 400 metres away off to the right, outside the frame.
